PROJECT SPACE
The Project Space at Alice Billing House in Stratford is a self-contained room within the artist studios which is available to studio holders, local community groups, and individuals of Newham for meetings, community engagement, learning and outreach activities.
THE SPACE ITSELF
The room is a 6m x 3m accessible room with gallery lighting, movable tables and chairs and hot drink-making facilities
Has access to a ground floor accessible toilet
The room can fit 14 boardroom, 18 theatre style and 8 for a practical/ creative workshop.
We have a limited amount of FREE and SUBSIDISED hire slots available throughout the year. This allocated on a discretionary basis for charitable and community-benefiting events.
Otherwise, we have two rates available, Standard and Community. By filling out the form, it will help us understand how we can work together and what rate we can offer you.

T&Cs
All hirers are required to:
meet with a GROW team member before the hire starts, as well as to complete a risk assessment, sign a hire agreement and provide proof of Public Liability
Ensure participants complete a short survey for us to better understand their experience of the project space and activity
be responsible for cleaning and clearing the Project Space post-event
