The Supper Cloth x LCF After Dark: Collective Care

14 November 4pm-9pm

We are taking our Supper Cloth to LCF, UAL at East Bank for an after dark evening exploring the connections between textiles and wellbeing.

Join Stitch School and Alice Billing House, to sit down, slow down, and feed your creativity by stitching and co-creating a communal piece of embroidered art, The Supper Cloth! This facilitated embroidery event is based around the large 3-meter embroidery table with a printed cloth designed with iconography relating to the history of Alice Billing House and Newham. Many Newham community groups and locals have already contributed to it, embellishing it with stitches over several weeks. We’re taking it to LCF for the evening before being framed and hung at Alice Billing House as a legacy piece of community artwork. Come and make your mark in stitch!
