We are excited to welcome the founder of Open heart Clinic, Yaa Addae (she/they) a writer, researcher, and participatory curator whose practice is concerned with architecture, both social and physical to facilitate a 2 part workshop in response to themes surrounding the ongoing speculative archive project.
PART 1:
Open Heart Clinic: Care Futures Reading Group is the part 1 in the series explores the politics of technology and architecture (social and physical) through the lens of black feminist theory.
This session will ground us in the theory that informs Open Heart Clinic’s social design/imagination work and the speculative design lab on the 14th is an opportunity to put this knowledge into practice through tangible world-ing strategies.
Attendance of both sessions is encouraged, but not required.
