PLACES, SPACES AND FACES

On June 2nd, studio holders, Frames of Mind held a family-friendly workshop - Places, Spaces & Faces, as part of Newham Heritage month. This was a fun, free, digital self-portrait activity exploring Alice Billing House and the person behind the name behind the building.

Participants were invited to create their self-portraits on iPads, using a selfie photograph as the framework and to invent a title inspired by a fictitious building or street named after them.

The finished portraits were uploaded and projected to create an instant evolving exhibition.

Lovely leaving with a new skill and meeting new people
